FREE CITY- CINISTO, or the Commonwealth of Indepndent Nations and Imperial States Treaty Organization, was founded yesterday. This treaty organization will give us a direct means of communication with our neighbors the Imperial States and places us in a contract of wartime assistance. We again interviewed James Maxwell, Qurania's Minister of International Relations, this time in a better mood.
"Wahaaaaay!" shouted Maxwell. "This is going to be great. It's like the Two Musketeers; both for one and one for both! And don't even mention how much help it'll be if those damn moderator [Poo] try to invade. This'll be just fantastic."
